Moving part of a cell to another cell

Hi,

I have an excel docuemnt where the address has been entered into the
one cell using a carriage return (CRTL+Enter).

e.g

123 Test Lane
Burwood
Sydney

What im looking to do is leave the first line in this cell and move
the second line (Burwood) to a Column called Street 2 and the third
line (Sydney) to a column called Suburb.

Then i can import these into Access where i have created these
seperate fields. So it looks like:

Street 1 Street 2 Suburb
123 Test Lane Burwood Sydney

Anyones help would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

Ben

Select your column of addresses... click Data/Text To Columns in Excel's
menu bar... select Delimited on the dialog box that appears... click Next...
uncheck all boxes and put a check in the one labeled "Other", then click in
the text field next to it and key in Ctrl+J (you won't see anything entered
but you will see the effect in the data table below it)... then click
Finish.

Do you mean:
When you carriage return then goto right cell?
if then,click option->edit
you will find.
