Moving OL 2007 PST file between two laptops Vista & XP Proff

Are there any know problems if I copy my Vista OL 2007 pst file to my remote
laptop running OL2007 but on XP Proff. Would it be best to convert the XP Lap
top to Vista?

I don't think there should be any problem; the PST file is independent
from the OS. Just make sure that OL is closed when you copy the file.
