moving my mouse changes the active window

I have no idea how I did this. When I move my mouse the window that it's over
becomes the active window without my clicking on it. That also means that if
I take my mouse off of a window with a text box, like in AIM, I can no longer
type in that text box. I have tried the Mouse settings in the control panel,
but the setting doesn't seem to be in there. Any help would be great, it's
driving me crazy. Thanks.

Using TweakUi
(http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx):
+Start TweakUi
+Expand Mouse
+Click X-Mouse
+Uncheck First Checkbox from right side.

Usinf Regedit :
+Click Start > Run
+Type regedit
+Click OK
+Expand "HKey-Current-User/Control Panel/Mouse"
+Right side, double click ActiveWindowTracking and set it to 0
