moving multiple user accounts

I have about 1000 user accounts in different ou s. I have
exported them to an excel spreadsheet. I now need to move
these same users to another central ou. I need a script,
please help. Thanks in advance.

It's probably better if you post this in microsoft.public.scripting.vbscript
or microsoft.public.windows.server.scripting
