Hi

I have a long formula; like
=H20+H21+H22+H23+J13+H21+J14+J16+K2 (plus 80 more)

I will copy this to another cell, without entering absolute reference '$' in
the formula, so the formula is the same in the new cell. Is there a way to do
this in Excel 2003?

Hi,

There is a simple way to do it.

Press F2(cell edit) in the cell where you have the formula. Copy the
formula contents and paste it in the cell where you want.

You'll have to remove the "=" sign before pasting. After pasting, re-insert
the "=".

highlight the formula in the formula bar including =(sign), click edit -copy
hit esc key and then go to any other cell paste in the formula bar. did you
succeed.

To do 81 at a whack I would suggest....

Edit>Replace

What: =
With: xxx

Replace all.

Copy/move the formulas then reverse the Edit>Replace.
