Moving Folders

Does anyone know how to make windows explorer to prompt
the user whether or not they want to move a folder within
another folder?

Therefore, if I move a folder to another location, it will
prompt me if I am sure I want to move the folder.

Hi

Set the Read-Only attribute on the folder...
