http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm tells the files. The easiest is
to simply copy your PST to the new PC, put it in some folder, giving it a
name that doesn't match any other PST, make sure it's not read-only, and use
Outlook's File>Open>Outlook Data File to open it.
