I have water quality data coming into an Access database
every 5 to 15 minutes. I want to pull the most recent
data out every hour and put it on a web site in a
graphical display. When I try to access the database I
receive an error because the file is always open. How do
I work around this and how would I set it up to work
automatically in the back ground?
