Moving data from one tab to other tab automatically

Hi,
Please find the sheet on this site.
http://www.4shared.com/file/131546848/fe4cc25/Report.html

In "WeeklyReport" tab we have the SMOid column(C)
If you observe one SMO id will be shared among different groups
for ex: 2080 if you select you can find 2 rows.
in another instance one group can use the same smoid for diff tasks
for ex if you filter for 2613 billing uses it for 2 and others too use it.
My question is taht based on these SMOids i want to move this data to
another tab called "based on SMOid"
The way i want i have shown s sample in that sheet.
How can i achieve this to appear automatically, if you can help me please.
I need basically all the data to be managed this way for all smoids
regardless of smoid has one productline or many.

Other than my idea if there is any other way of achieving please do let me
know thru existing features in excel.

Also the projects with Smo id 0000 should be appearing last in the list as
there are more number of projects
Thanks a lot for your time

I've been around for a long time.

Helped a lot of posters and not helped others but have never resorted to
blackmail to get a rating.

To my way of thinking.............this is a new low on these news groups.
