Moving Data From Excel into Outlook Calendar

Hi,
I have a spreadsheet of all my appointments for the year including time date
and location in Excel. I'm wondering if there is a way to move all of that
data into my outlook calendar without having to add it all manually?

First try exporting a calendar from Outlook into an XLS file using the File
menu > Import & Export command. Look at the resulting file and use it as a
guide to mold your XLS accordingly. Then you can import it...
