Moving computers from one OU to another OU

If I have a PC that is in one OU and I want to move it to another OU within the same domain, do I have to reboot the PC that I moved?

No you don't. However if you have certain Group Policies set on the
OU, they requires that the client reboots in order to apply
(for example software packages at the computer level)
