Moving Clustered Environment

Good Afternoon All,

I am planning the relocation of our Intranet servers to a new data
centre. Part of the Intranet infrastructure is a clustered SQL Server
database.

The OS is Windows 2000 Advanced Server. SQL Server is 2000 Enterprise
Edition. The database files are located on a mini-SAN.

Does anybody have any experience of physically moving clustered
environments. I am trying to find out all considerations, i.e. IP
Address changes, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Here is a blog which discusses this topic

(thanks Russ !)

Also, there are specific cluster newsgroups where you find many experts
which migh help addressing your questions.
microsoft.public.exchange.clustering
microsoft.public.sqlserver.clustering
microsoft.public.windows.server.clustering

you might want to consider posting in these newsgroups.

HTH,
_edwin.
