Both kinds of items are stored in templates, probably the Normal.dot template if
you didn't do anything special to store them in another template.
In the file manager (Windows Explorer or My Computer), type this in the address
box:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Templates
and press Enter to go to the folder where Normal.dot and other templates are
stored. Copy them to the same location on the other computer -- through a
network if possible, otherwise via a USB stick or floppy disk.
