moving and saving files options

Hi,

Any way in XP where if I move or copy files from one folder to another
that it will automatically rename duplicate names (such as two or more
recently downloaded files that may have different content but named
the same).

Also, when I go to save a file, any way I can have an option of having
2 or 3 often used folders automatically offered, where I can pick one
instead of having to click thru all the drives anytime I want to save
to another commonly used folder? This gets tedious when having to
choose thru a network with multiple external hard drives.

If not easily done, any freeware or inexpensive app's that may allow
this.

Common Dialogs
Places Bar
(*) Custom Places Bar

Type a full drive:\path for up to 5 folders which will then appear on
the left side of 'File Open/Save' dialogs.
