Moving a user from one ou to an other

I moved one user from OU1 to OU2 the user is still having the GPO of OU1
Any IDEA
 
If the user has Windows XP, run gpupdate.exe from the command line. If it's
Windows 2000, run these two commands:

secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce
secedit /refreshpolicy user_policy /enforce
