Moving a subweb up in IIS/FrontPage

I have a FrontPage website in IIS on my Windows XP Professional machine,
with several subwebs. I want to move one of the subwebs and make is, in
essence, its own website. How do I do that with FrontPage? Or do I do it
within IIS?

Under IIS on Windows XP Pro, you can only have a single root web. However
each subweb can be a root web, when publish to a host.
