Moving a file from Excel 2000 to Access 2000

The instruction I have read are lousy. I have the Access
table established now I can't successfully transfer the
17000 lines of my Excel file to the access table. Help
will be appreciated.
 
See TransferSpreadsheet in Help.

Or use File | Get External Data ... | Import on menu bar.
