moving a custom toolbar

Can anyone tell me how to move/copy a custom toolbar from one compute
to another
 
Hi Jim,
If both machines are yours and you are on the same version
you can copy your .xlb file and put it on the other machine in
exactly the same directory. (you certainly want a backup of this)

Otherwise, I think you might be better of documenting what you have
and recreating them them by hand or using John Walkenbach's
Menu Maker. I'm not sure if my output is in the same format.
