Movies & LCD Projector

I'm a current XP Pro user & use a lot of movies in
presentations/etc. When I play the movie, it shows on the
computer but not the projector - it just shows a black
screen where the image should be. It's not a problem w/
the LCD - it work's fine w/ Win 98. Any ideas?

I think almost anyone who presents video in XP with a laptop has had the
same thing happen to them. I too am looking for an answer to this question.
Doesn't happen on every video and doesn't happen on every laptop with the
same video.

I have not had this issue myself, but I've heard of the
solution many times. What you have to do is set the
projector as the primary monitor, and the LCD as the
secondary. The reason it does this is for copyright
reasons I think.
