Movies from gifs.

I have 60 gifs that I would like to replay as a movie. Can I also edit how
much time each can take during the movie. In other words, how much time each
one is displayed before the next one takes over?
 
The best solution is to do all the editing with a gif application and simply
let PowerPoint play the finished files.
