I created a PowerPoint presentation with a movie clip with custom animation.
It works fine in the “ppt†format. I save the presentation in a “pps†format
and emailed it for verification and timing… however, when I play it in both
formats the movie file works fine with the timing to advance to the next
slide. However, when I sent it to another Officer and everything works fine
except for the movie file. Now I’m thinking that I should include the movie
file along with the presentation. But, thought that it was saved in the pps
with the other settings (pictures, movement…), and the movie file as well.
