Movie Maker won't make DVDs?

Skip A.

When I try to make a movie in Movie Maker, it only has options to burn the
movie to a CD. I want to put it on a DVD. I have a DVD burner that I have
uses before. When I put a DVD in the burner and select Burn CD, I get an
error. The Help doesn't say anything about DVDs. Is there supposed to be a
selection for "Burn DVD" in addition to "Burn CD"?

Only the Media Center version of WinXP
has the DVD option in Movie Maker.

Your best best would be to purchase
some DVD Authoring software. Some
possibles are Nero, Roxio, WinDVD,
ProShow Gold, ULead, etc....

I have to use a separate program on my computer for making dvds. Do you have
a separate program available? If you have a newer computer and a dvd burner
built in, it should have one....look for intervideo or something similar.
Hope this helps.
