movie maker crashes

please help movie maker contiunually crashes when you try to expand the video
section in time line also when you try to put transitions in in time line
which means you cant edit the vieo audio or transition lenghts and crashes
when you try to do numerous othr things so you have to save after every move
you make i have tryed to delete the program but i cant and it does no appear
in remove/uninstall to remove that way any suggestion or how to uninstll
would be appreciated thank you
 
i am using a intel graphics media accelarator 950 and i have try options
compatabliity and unchecking third partys
