Movie Maker 2.x vs 5.x

I created a movie maker on a computer running Vista and can't open it
on a computer running XP. Any suggestions?

Please begin a new thread when you have a question.

If you want to view the file on your XP machine...publish
the project in a movie format. Then you can play it on
the XP machine in Windows Media Player.

If you wish to continue editing the .mswmm file in Movie
Maker on your XP machine...it's not an option. Project
files from Movie Maker 6 are not compatible with Movie
Maker 2.1.
