Movie maker 2, new hardrive

I have installed an additional 160gb hardrive for my
video projects. (drive F) I would like to move mm2 to it
but whenever I do it captures video and puts it into the
collections on drive c. I cannot seem to locate
a "settings file" to direct the captured video to drive f.
 
You tell it in the capture wizard where to put the file.
