Movie Maker 2 keeps freezing. Plese Help

First of all, when I start Movie Maker2 it takes a couple
of minutes for my collections to load. That's not my main
problem, but it would be nice if it went faster. My big
problem is this: Everytime I try to do something, the
program freezes and I have to close it using control Alt
Deleate. If I trim a video It freezes. If I drag A clip,
it freezes. ANYTHING I do makes it freeze. I would be
VERY apreciative if someone out there could tell me how
to fix this.
