Moved nprotect folder to desktop where do i replace it

Tried to delete nprotect folder with no luck. searched and located it and
moved it onto my desktop//where did it come from i need to put it back

Sorry trying to get rid of nprotect folder left by uninstalling Norton
systemworkfs 2003..
This folder is picked up by adware scanners and has 65000 entries that i cant
delete.. I think it was a hidden file so i used search found it and moved it
to my desktop as i thought it would be easily deleted.. i was wrong.. I dont
know where i got it from windows folder i think but im not sure where exactly.
.. sorry about the previous post it was a bit short.. I need to know where it
came from
