Move to folder does not display recent folder

When I user "move to folder" from an email I open, it will display a list of
recent folders. However, from the inbox, this will display a dialog box
immediately, which is much less convinient.
Please advise.
 
Hi,
As most convinient it looks to me to click the mail in the Inbox and simply
drag it to the other folders icon on the Outlook bar.

Thanks, but there are too many folders and this doesn't really help.
Anyone else have an idea?
