Move system tray to left hand side

is it possible to swap the system tray and startbar (using registry
values or some other means) so that the system tray appears on the left
of the screen rather than the right?

Cheers for the concise reply Carey ;)

Might I suggest this functionality be integrated into the system. I
don't know what delights Vista holds, but this kind of simple
functionality should already be in the system. There is always someone
it's useful to.
