MOVE SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO ANOTHER SHEET

I HAVE A SHEET WITH MASTER INFORMATION FOR A CLUB CONTAINING NAMES, ADRESSES,
ECT... WHEN MY CLUB GOES ON TRIPS OUT OF TOWN I NEED TO MAKE NEW SHEETS FOR
THE MEMBERS THAT HAVE CHOSEN TO ATTEND THE TRIP. THE PROBLEM IS THAT NOT THE
SAME PEOPLE ATTEND EVERYTIME, SO I NEED A COLUMN ?? OR SOMETHING THAT I CAN
CHECK FOR THIER ATTENDANCE. THEN THIS INFORMATION FROM THE CHECKED ROWS
NEEDS TO BE PLACED ON A NEW TRIP SHEET FROM THE MASTER LIST. HELP?? IS THIS
POSSIBLE
 
I'd use an extra column on the original sheet. And put Yes or No (or blank) in
each cell in that column.

Then apply Data|filter|autofilter to that column to show only the yes rows.

In fact, you could use a different column for each trip and just filter on
different columns when you need to.

But if you want a new worksheet, you can filter to show the Yes's and copy those
visible rows to a new sheet.
