Move rows to columns

I have a large spreadsheet that has four columns. Whta this spreadsheet is
contains the number of customers in each area and each breakdown of the hour.
What I have done is sorted by date and hour. What I would like to do is
place the sum of the customers for each hour in a column. Is this possible?

layout section, drag the "Hour" field to the ROW area,
and the "Customers" field to the DATA area. Double-click
the "Customers" and change it to "Sum of Customers". To
