Move Microsoft Mail messages and folders to Outlook 2003

I want to move all the stored mail in my Vista Microsoft Mail to Outlook
2003. I need the calendar function and other features of Outlook. I have
tried to export and drag and drop but nothing works. Ideas?
 
You have to export from WinMail or Import from Outlook. Drag and drop won't
work.
