Move Enterprise Certificate Authority off of old hardware

We have an old Enterprise CA running on 2000 o/s. The hardware is becoming
unstable so we need to get this CA to a new hardware platform. I have been
unable to track down info so far on this.

I'm trying to figure out the impact on AD (if any) and the procedures needed
for the move.
 
I have seen this one, but I'm afraid it doesn't refer to Enterprise
Certificate authority, just CA.

Do you know if this is the same. I don't believe it is.
