Move Documents Folder

Hi there, I would like to move the "Documents" folder to another location (a
different hard disk). In XP this was quite simple, but I do not understand
how to do it in Vista.
By the way, should I move also Pictures, Videos and Music?
Thanks

Yes, it makes sense to move all important folders like this to a separate
partition from your system partition so you can reformat and reinstall
Windows any time without losing all your goodies.
