Move DNS

We have 2 Windows NT servers, each with a considerable number of DNS zones.
The servers will likely not be upgradable to a newer OS (Win2K or 2003).
Seeking input on migrating zones to a new server (new hardware running Win
2K or 2003), avoiding manual entry of zones or zone data, some form of
utility or technique, maybe?

To elaborate on Andrei's reply, you can create secondary zones on a W2K/2K3
server, allow the zone to transfer from the master, then convert them to
standard primary zones.

Yep, thanks I understand.

Is there a utility, though, that would migrate zones en masse?

Also, I did one zone, but the SOA stays labeled as the original server. Any
auto-fix for this?

This SOA will change to new server was you convert the zone to standard
primary - you will also want to change the zone transfer options.
