How do I move or copy information in one mail merge database to another
database? I use several databases for mail merge docs and labels, but one of
my databases is duplicated on our network server.

Which version of Word is this? I take it this is a database that you've let Word
generate?

Hi =?Utf-8?B?UVJXb2xm?=,

In Word 2003, Word generates a special kind of Access database (*.mdb) file.
Theoretically, it could be opened in the Access application and manipulated there.
If, however, such file is opened by any other means than what Word uses, it generally
can no longer be maintained by Word's data editing tools.

So, no, there's not going to be any simple way for you to copy or move information
between two databases, unless you have Microsoft Access available. And then you'll
probably always need to use Access in order to maintain your data.

It might make sense to import the data into Excel, and maintain it there.
