Move Categories to a new Profile

I am using Outlook 2007. I have just moved to a hosted Exchange service and
created a new Profile. I have successfully moved my mail, contacts, &
calendar items to the new Profile. My custom categories moved with the
items, however those categories are not defined in the new profile so there
are no colors applied to the items. Is there a way to move the custom
categories to the new profile?
