You can use Partition Magic 8.01 and later to resize partitions.
1. Defrag the partition that you wish to shrink. Run chkdsk on each existing
partition to clear any errors that may cause problems.
2. Boot up the PC using the 2 floppy disks that you create with the
Partition Magic program.
3. Resize the partition you want to shrink, being certain that you leave the
freed up space adjacent to the Windows partition..
You should have thus: Windows partition | free space | partition just
reduced in size
4. Resize the Windows partition to utilize the free space.
NOTE: Standard warning! Backup - Backup - Backup your data. If anything
goes wrong (it can happen) you may lose everything.
