move between worksheets using the keyboard

I would love to know how i can move between worksheets in a workbook without
having to click on each tab to show it. Is there a keyboard function that can
do this instead of using the mouse to click on each sheet?

Press Ctrl+Page Up (move left), Ctrl+Page Down (move right)

If you right-click on the "vcr" arrow buttons at the bottom left corner
(just to the left of the leftmost sheet tab), you'd get a pop-up listing to
easily navigate to any visible sheet.

Just for info.

If you open Help and type in "keyboard shortcuts" you will get quite a list of
shortcuts like the CTRL + Pageup and down that Max suggested.

Not that I am trying to discourage you from posting questions, but just that it
may be quicker to use help sometimes.
