I recently started using Outlook 2003. I previously used Outlook Express.
In Outlook Express when someone sent me an email as an attachment, I simply
moved the attachment to the inbox. How can I do this with Outlook

Huh ? When someone sends you an email with an attachment then when you receive it is already in the Inbox.

What you might want to do is to set up a new folder (name it attachments) and then put it in there. Not very wise to keep everything in the inbox as storage

With Outlook Open right click on Personal Folders on the left Pane and select New Folder. Give it a name what you desire . Move the attachment there.

You can repeat the above by adding more folders to the Personal Folder tree to put your different emails in it.

When you receive a file or attachment you can then put them in their appropriate files that you created by right clicking on the file and selecting Move to Folder

It works the same way - drag the attached message to the inbox or another
folder.
