You could use:

Dim cell as Range
Dim myRange as Range

For Each cell in myRange
cell.select
DoMyProcess
Next

Note that you don't actually need to select a cell in order to
interact with it, unless you specifically want to do that, so the
above minus "cell.select" would suffice.
