Mouse Won't Scroll in Excel

See if this helps. . .

Go To: Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Mouse --> Click Wheel Tab
--> Change the option from ENABLE UNIVERSAL SCROLLING to USE MICROSOFT OFFICE
97 SCROLLING EMULATION ONLY and then click OK.
