Mouse Wheel Trouble

I have copied the mousehook.dll into the same folder as the database, copied
the code onto the load section of my form, but I keep getting the following
error:

Compile Error:
Sub or funcation not defined

what am i doing wrong, any help i would much appreciate, thanks

I should also mention that I can get the example on Lebans website to work.

I believe I just install the dll in the System32 folder and register it. I
know I had it in my mdb folder and it did not work that way.
