Mouse Position

When a Windows 2000 computers boots up the mouse pointer (cursor) is located
directly in the middle of the screen. Does anyone know of a way I can change
the position of the mouse to coordinates 0,0 before logging in.

I was thinking it would be a registry setting but have had no luck finding
it. The other way I thought it could be done is to write a program that
moves the cursor (which I did), however I would need this program to execute
prior to login which I haven't found how to do. Any ideas?

I was able to get the application to work by making it a service (using the
Service+ tool someone mentioned
a previous post). I had tried creating a service using the sc.exe utility
(which I copied from a Windows XP machine) but to an avail. I could start
and stop services but when I tried to create one it would show me the syntax
to use the create function, which is the same behavior as if you only typed
sc create.

I would rather not install Service+ on every machine I need to add this
service to, what do I need to do for sc.exe to work properly. Any Ideas on
my new problem?
