Hi,

I have set up my form to give info on how to use each
field. The user must click inside each box for the "alt
text" to pop up. Is there a way to set up each field so
that this text will pop up with a mouse over instead of a
click?

Use the "Control Tip" Property under the "Other" tab in the properies of the
cotrol to set the Help text on mouse over.

Add the desired text in the properties / Control Tip Text
for each control. This text will pop up on mouse over

In each field's properties, put your notes in the item
called "ControlTip Text". Then, just hovering the mouse
will pop the text for you.

Thank you for your response! I have the setup as you
suggested. I am using Access 2002 and I need to click to
see this ControlTip Text. I am not able to get the text
with just hovering. Any more ideas? Thanks in advance!
