Mouse over effect

Anyone know why my submenu items jerk/move when the mouseover effect changes
the background color?

It's not because the background color is changing, it's because the line
height and font size is changing by a small amount. If you look carefully,
you can see that this is happening. I am not sure why, but it has something
to do with the way you have defined your rollovers on that text.

I'm having a similar problem. As I move to each link on the menu it blinks
and almost becomes transparent for a split second.

I'm still fiddling with it and haven't found the problem...so if you run
across a solution, please let me know!
