Mouse menu (right -click)

I used to be able to double click on a picture (in internet explorer) and go
directly to the "preview application". Now , suddenly, the "preview" on the
right- click menu moved to the third place and the first one is EDIT.
I need to know how to put PREVIEW back in the first place, so by double
clicking on the picture or image I open it in the "preview app". how do i do
that? thanks.

Right-click the image, choose Open-with, Choose program
Select Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
Choose "Always use the selected program............." checkbox
Click OK

Computer" and go
