Mouse & Keyboard bluetooth

Hi, first sorry for my poor english.
I have a problem with the bluetooth mouse and keyboard. I've installed 3
months ago this hardware and all worked fine since yesterday. Suddenly the
mouse and keyboard stopped working without any apparent reason. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the software: no way! I have changed usb port:
no way! I have installed the hardware in another computer and then it
worked!!! Do you know a way to reinstall the hardware on my PC without
format it?

Completely uninstall according to directions in the above link.
Then re-install and check.
