Hi all,

i have a Logitech MX700 wireless mouse and keyboard setup, and have
programmed several buttons on it for various functions and increase the
sensitivity.

I noticed recently that the mouse will drop its sensitivity, causing me to
have to move the mouse further to move the pointer, and I also occasionally
loose my programmed buttons. This issue can vary over several open programs,
and I cannot recreate it with any certainty. It happens randomely.

I have updated the drivers and associated software, and I have even
installed a third party software app recommended for gamers, but nothing has
helped.

Any ideas?

How are the mouse batteries? It sounds like the batteries are loosing the
charge and causes the wireless signals to drop. I do not know what type of
batteries the MX700 mouse is using.

The batteries are regularly recharged, but are the original
rechargables that chame with the mouse. I replaced them with standard
battries, and I am still having the issue. It seems mostly confined to
slowing tracking speed now.
