Mouse Cursors

Hi. A while ago I was pointed to a web sit that has a
function that can be called to change the mouse pointer
from the On Mouse Move event of a label. I have lost it
somehow while doing some disk maintenance.
Can someone please let me know where I can get this
function? It would be appreciated.
